Main Functions	Work with the Design Principal, LDA provide design leadership on multiple projects at the concept and schematics phase. Expected to have full understanding of project scope, schedule, in coordination with PM’s. Lead major leading milestone reviews with the Technical Project Architect’s & production teams to assure continuity of design intent into DD and CD phases of the delivery process. Expected to collaborate on providing overall Leadership and mentoring to the more Junior members of the team to assure design excellence at all levels of conceptual, presentation, and design delivery aspects across all projects. Analyze Project Understandings, Context, Program, Character, etc. Develop Design Concepts towards Coordinated Schematics. Follow up the development of conceptual design intentions throughout the project delivery spectrum in DD/CD Support Client Design Meetings and Develop/Coordinate the preparation of Project Presentations for external parties. Multi Project Tasking and coordination’s.
